5. OPM – Operations Manager Directs all field and site operations. Ensures client satisfaction and efficient deployment of guards.

6. PS – Patrol Supervisor Oversees multiple sites on the ground. Reports issues and monitors guard performance.

7. SS / CM – Site Supervisor / Contract Manager Manages security operations at specific client sites. Acts as the link between field staff and management.
